delivery

orders are dispatched tracked from the uk, in-stock pairs the next business day, late-shipping styles 14 days after you order, and we email you the tracking link when your order leaves us. free tracked delivery to the uk and eu. £15 to the rest of the world. import duties and taxes outside the uk and eu are paid on delivery.

business days are monday to friday, not counting uk public holidays, and delivery times are the carrier’s usual estimates from dispatch, not guarantees.

import duties and taxes

there’s nothing more to pay on orders within the uk. eu orders are sent from the uk, so the carrier collects import vat on delivery, usually with a handling fee, and customs duty can apply too on orders worth more than €150. everywhere else, import duties and taxes are set by your country, aren’t included in our prices and are paid on delivery.

if something goes wrong

if your parcel hasn’t arrived a few days after its estimate, email us with your order number and we’ll chase the carrier, and if it’s lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.

please check your address at checkout, because we can only change it before your order is dispatched. if a parcel comes back to us undelivered, we’ll email you to arrange sending it again or a refund.

christmas

the last days to order for christmas, by where it’s going. in-stock pairs leave us the next business day; late-shipping styles leave 14 days after you order, so they need ordering earlier. these are last order dates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

• united kingdom: thu 17 dec for in-stock pairs, thu 3 dec for late-shipping styles
• eu: mon 7 dec for in-stock pairs, mon 23 nov for late-shipping styles
• rest of the world: wed 9 dec for in-stock pairs, wed 25 nov for late-shipping styles

returns

you can return any order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. for christmas, orders placed between 1 nov and 24 dec can be returned until fri 15 jan 2027. start a return on our returns page.

1. email hello@paumierstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the pairs you’re sending back.
2. we’ll reply with our return address in the uk.
3. send the gloves back within 14 days of emailing us, by a tracked service, and keep your proof of postage until your refund arrives.

condition

try your gloves on as you would in a shop, indoors and with clean hands, and send them back with everything they came with. we can reduce a refund if a pair comes back worn outside, marked, stretched or handled more than trying it on needs.

return postage

you pay for return postage unless the pair is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

refunds

we refund the gloves you send back, plus the delivery charge if you return your whole order, to the payment method you used. we aim to do it within 5 business days of your return arriving, and always within 14 days of receiving it or your proof of postage, whichever comes first, and if you paid in another currency, we refund in that currency.

exchanges

we don’t do exchanges, so return the pair for a refund and place a new order for the one you’d like.

faulty or wrong items

if a pair arrives faulty or damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, email us a photo and we’ll pay for the return. within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund or, if we have one, a replacement, and your legal rights carry on after that, so get in touch whenever a fault appears.
